Training Rides rides are the fastest and most structured of our three club rides. These hard; through and off sessions focus on developing advanced fitness, endurance and speed.
Typically two groups will set off in a handicapped pursuit format. The First Group will set off and attempt to stay away from the Scratch Group. Once the First group has been given a suitable handicap, the Scratch Group will give chase and attempt to catch them.
These rides typically last for 60 miles; and do not normally feature a café stop. Remember to bring enough energy drink, bars and gels!

Training Rides depart the Badger Box pub in Annesley every Sunday morning at 09:00. If you want to join us; just roll up and introduce yourself! We don’t bite until we’re riding ;).
